Angus beef is more flavorful due to better marbling. However, Angus beef is not necessarily a higher grade of beef than other cattle. Pre-made frozen Angus burgers are increasingly available from retailers. Several fast-food hamburger chains use the name Angus burger for one or more "premium" burgers; however, it does not belong to any single company.
