Cooking Instructions:
In a pan, mix the entire contents of the pack with 1 ½ cups (350ml) of Water. Cover and cook the gravy on a medium heat for 4 – 5 mins. Add 250g – 300g of Deshelled Prawns (deveined, cleaned & washed) and 1 cup (250ml) of Coconut Milk. Bring the contents to a boil and then simmer on a low flame for 3 – 4 mins or until the prawns are cooked.
