Chorafali is a traditional Indian snack originating from the region of Gujarat. The cakes are made with a combination of Chola dal flour(or a mix of besan and urad dal flour), salt, baking soda, and oil used for deep-frying. The dough is pounded with a pestle, rolled, flattened, and cut into long strips.
