Udupi Idli Rice

Udupi Idli Rice is a tiny grain of rice used especially to prepare Idli and Dosa Flour. A short, fat rice grain used traditionally in South India to make "Idlis." This rice (soaked overnight) is combined with urad dal and fermented. Overall good.
