Masala idli is a quick, tasty snack made with leftover idli, aromatics, and herbs. This is one of my favorite way of using leftover idli. Prepared using idli batter, grated coconuts, cumin seeds, coriander leaves, green chilies, carrot, curry leaves, and chaat masala.
