Toum, the garlic aioli of the Middle East, is generously drizzled over grilled meats and sandwiches. We created the first shelf-stable Toum that is both egg and dairy free. Four different varieties of garlic have been deflamed to give a robust garlic flavor without the pungent aftertaste and aroma.
