You haven't enjoyed an eclair until you've tried a fresh homemade eclair filled to the brim with chocolate and topped with pudding.
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Milk
- 1 Pack Vanilla Pudding
- 200 GMs Melted Chocolate
- 400 ML Cream
- 2 1/2 Rolls Tea Biscuits
- 1/2 Cup Whipped Cream
- 1/2 Cup Sprinkles
Make it:
For Pudding:- In a pot, add below items to make the pudding
- Milk
- Vanilla pudding ( follow instructions on pudding box)
For Chocolate Mix:
- Mix well
- Cream
- Melted chocolate
Assembly:
- Layer your cake pan with tea biscuits, added crushed tea biscuits in the gaps
- Cover the biscuits with even layer of vanilla pudding
- Add second layer with the chocolate mix
- Repeat these three steps for an additional layer
- Pipe whipped cream in rows across the pan
- With a toothpick, cross the whipped cream pipes to create a design
- Add sprinkles along the edges
- Chill for 2 hrs in the fridge
